Planning a wedding is fun and yet exhausting finding the perfect dress, sending out invites, sampling cakes, and lining up a photographer to name a few.  We would be honored and delighted if you let us be a part of your wedding story! Our goal is to provide you the venue you’ve dreamt of while providing some extra icing on the cake with the features we offer. Little Brook Meadows offers 50 acres, a barn which can seat up to 300 guests, a pond, gazebo, secret garden, home estate, grass meadows and we can accommodate weddings of all sizes.  We have several beautiful ceremony spots, one of them is bound to help you find the perfect location to start the new chapter in your lives at Little Brook Meadows! The barn includes a bridal suite for your wedding day preparations and beautiful handicap accessible restrooms.  Our professional wedding coordinator assists in your planning and coordinates through out your ceremony cocktail hour and reception.

When it comes to the reception your guests will become part of the party as soon as they enter the barn.  You’ll have the freedom to arrange how you want (to clarify, you tell us where you want the tables and chairs and we’ll make them appear).  When it comes to the bling and decor, we have 4 stalls of props for you to use to make the space yours, there is not and extra fee for using any of our props.  Depending on your color scheme and your party atmosphere, the colors of the globes can be changed to match the mood and color scheme of your party.  You can also choose your caterer and bring your own alcohol.  Our professional wedding coordinator assists in your planning and coordinates throughout your reception.

Be prepared to be in awe and also get lost in this beautiful mansion.  Our 8,000 square-foot southern style mansion will accommodate 20 overnight guests and 48 rehearsal dinner guests.  On top of a place kick back, get any last minute details done and enjoy your guests, it is full of beauty and elegance for wedding photos.
